Tradução e validação da versão portuguesa europeia da Baby Pediatric Symptom Checklist

Enquadramento: Os problemas socio-emocionais e comportamentais das crianças estão relacionados com o desenvolvimento de transtornos na vida adulta afetam negativamente as relações a família os pares. É importante detetar precocemente estes para saudável da criança. A Baby Pediatric Symptom Checklist (BPSC) é um instrumento simples fiável avaliação 1 aos 18 meses. Objetivos: Este estudo tem como objetivo traduzir, adaptar validar culturalmente versão portuguesa europeia do BPSC, analisar diferenças sociodemográficas. Metodologia: Participaram 185 pais portugueses meses através preenchimento questionário, num quantitativo, transversal, instrumental, recurso à análise fatorial confirmatória. Resultados: Na portuguesa, índices ajuste escala original três fatores apresentaram valores adequados (2/gl = 1,83; IFI 0,91; RMSEA 0,07; CFI AIC 147,29). Conclusão: Esta tradução língua pode ser utilizada em Portugal, mantendo sua precisão diagnóstica.
